Allotment Association of Crieff

Turretbank Road Crieff PH7 4AR
The Allotmenteers
The allotments sit high above the River Turret with panoramic views of Glen Turret and towards St Fillans, one of the most scenic allotment locations in Scotland. Previously the ground was used for grazing and lacked vehicular access, so allotmenteers created this little bit of paradise by hand. Guests can enjoy the 30 allotments with a huge variety of vegetables, fruit and flowers. Despite no mains water or electricity and facing high winds and cold winter temperatures, the allotments produce asparagus, grapes and specialist raspberries along with the more usual vegetables and fruit.

Directions: Leaving Crieff on the A85, turn right towards The Famous Grouse Distillery then immediately left up a track. From the small parking area is a signposted path. It is uphill and not wheelchair accessible. Parking on Turretbank Road also possible.
