10 George Street
Arbroath DD11 3BU (Wilma Simpson): A small delightful walled garden in the Lochlands area well worth a visit with a collection of 70 varieties of clematis and interesting perennials, a gem of a garden.
24 Hospitalfield Gardens
Arbroath DD11 2LW (Mr and Mrs N Milne): Another small garden in the Hospitalfield area which features wonderful hanging baskets, window boxes and bedding plants.
Arbroath Allotments Association
Arbroath, DD11 4AH: will open their Brechin Road site this year which as always has loads of interest including plants, vegetables, fruit and creative sheds and shelters. A team of helpers will be there to answer any questions.
Ashbrook Nursery and Garden Centre
Forfar Road, Arbroath DD11 3RB (Anne Webster): This family run garden centre will also join the collection and run tours of the nursery at 2 pm, 3pm and 4pm .
HOPE Organic Garden
The Westway, Arbroath DD11 2NH: An organic fruit and vegetable garden, which provides training and work experience for adults with learning and/or physical disabilities.
Tickets and maps will be available from the various gardens and Ashbrook Nursery on the day. Look for the SGS yellow arrows around town to help you locate the gardens.
