A delightful and peaceful new garden created from the derelict site of a former shipyard. The garden is in memory of the late Cathy, Duchess of Montrose, who was first President of the Preshal Trust Charity. Security fencings have become living walls of colour and lovely mixed planting abounds giving colour all year round. There is a rare maple tree, as Cathy was Canadian, with sensory planting around it, a vegetable garden and tiny tots play area. The Preshal Trust provides a unique service helping vulnerable people and families in the Community. The garden has provided huge therapeutic benefits for everyone who has visited it.
