Description: The visitor to West Leas can share in an exciting and dramatic project on a grand scale, still in the making. At its core is a passion for plants, allied to a love and understanding of the land in which they are set. Collections of perennials and shrubs, many in temporary holding quarters, lighten up the landscape to magical effect. New lily pond and woodland planting added in 2019 and a new courtyard garden is under construction.

Directions: Signposted off the Jedburgh/Bonchester Bridge Road.

Other details: Teas for the specific date openings will be served in Bedrule Village Hall, Bonchester Bridge, Hawick TD9 8TE.
