We are absolutely thrilled to announce that 2017 was an exceptional year of charity fundraising for Scotland’s Gardens Scheme, which has seen our Garden Openers, and Volunteers raise a remarkable overall total of £309,791 for charity.

This represents another record year of giving and a fantastic 53% increase in funds to charity from our position just 5 years ago.

Over the course of 2017 Scotland’s Gardens Scheme distributed £141,791 to 250 charities chosen by our Garden Owners. And a further £168,000 was distributed yesterday to our four beneficiaries: The Queen’s Nurses Institute of Scotland, Maggie’s, Perennial and the garden fund of The National Trust for Scotland (£42,000 each).
