How we use the information about you

We use personal details only for our Newsletter and will never use them for any other purpose without first getting your permission. We strive to send our Newsletters regularly, about monthly during our opening season unless there might be a special event.

Because we use Mailchimp for our Newsletters, they provide us with tracking information about Newsletter performance. This includes statistics about whether the Newsletter email is opened and about opt-outs including the reason for opting out.

How we protect your personal details

We use Mailchimp to manage our sign-up activity and their “double opt-in” process to help ensure that no one can sign you up without your knowledge. Once signed up, your details are held by Mailchimp and under their security. We do not keep any copy of your information, nor will we ever supply your details to any third party.

Access to your information and correction or deletion

You can request to see your details held by us. Also, we are happy to update your information if required. You can also correct your information by opting out and then signing back up to our Newsletter again with updated information.

If you wish to see or otherwise update your information with us, please contact us using the email which we hold for you so that we can be certain that it is really you. We will require you to verify your identity before acting on any request.

You will always have the option to opt-out of our Newsletter. Each Newsletter has an opt-out option at the bottom of the email. We will keep your details only so long as you are happy to receive our emails, if you opt out your details will be permanently deleted by Mailchimp. We do not hold a copy of your personal details.
