Riverside garden surrounded by the old Caledonian Amat Forest. Herbaceous borders and rockery set in a large lawn looking onto a salmon pool. Old and new rhododendrons grow along the woodland and river walk, plus large specimen trees in policies. Red squirrels were reintroduced six years ago and are often seen in and around the garden. 

Directions: Take the road from Ardgay to Croick, nine miles. Turn left at the red phone box and the garden is 500 yards on the left.
