Douneside House Virtual Garden Visit

Douneside House located in Kincardine & Deeside, provides a lovely view of its gardens which will sadly not open for SGS this year. If you would like to donate towards our fundraising this year, please use the button below.

Douneside is the former home of Lady MacRobert, who developed these magnificent gardens in the early to mid-1900s. Ornamental borders and water gardens surround a spectacular infinity lawn overlooking the Deeside hills. A large walled garden supplies vegetables and cut flowers and also houses a large ornamental greenhouse. A new arboretum displays over 130 trees amongst mown grass paths and walking trails behind Douneside, which offer breathtaking views across the Howe of Cromar and beyond.

Please visit more virtual gardens here.
