Our gardens for 2016 include a wonderful range of walks, wildlife and homemade teas, but here are a selection which have child-friendly features and activities. Enjoy!

Saturday 4 June Old Allangrange, Munlochy - Bee identification walk.

Sunday 26 June House of Aigas and Field Centre By Beauly - Guided walks on nature trails. Beavers, pine martins, badgers.

Sunday 21 August Skye Forest Garden Isle of Skye - Woodland walk to seal and bird islands. Otters.

Saturday 3 September Old Allangrange, Munlochy - Bee identification walk.



Sunday 14 April and Sunday 29 May Dalswinton House, Dalswinton - Life-size model of first steamboat launched in Britain.


25 March - 30 September Dunskey Gardens and Maze, Stranraer - Children's games and tree identification

1 April - 31 October Glenwhan Gardens, By Stranraer - Pond dipping, wildlife trails, moorland walks, easter egg hunt and children’s quiz
