A one-and-a-half-acre mature garden with paths weaving through many different areas including woodland, formal borders, laburnum arch, herbaceous borders, rhododendrons and azaleas. Large lawn area and wildlife pond. Garden also features many interesting and unusual artefacts and sculptures.

Directions: From M77 take B778 to Stewarton. At traffic lights turn left, and continue to mini-roundabout. Turn right at mini-roundabout signposted B778 Kilwinning. Continue for 100 yards under the railway bridge, take immediate left at war memorial. Parking for Kirkmuir Cottage will be well signposted.
