Description:
L’Arche Highland is a vibrant, welcoming community where people with and without learning disabilities grow and thrive together. Set within spacious grounds, our garden features trees, shrubs, perennial beds, fruit bushes, an orchard, no-dig beds, RSPB bird boxes, native hedge lines, wildflower patches, and a polytunnel. Peaceful seating areas invite rest and reflection, while open spaces offer plenty of room to play and explore. Wildlife is never far away , we often spot birds, deer, and squirrels! With less grass cutting, it is possible to spot wildflowers and fungi. Our dream is to create a forest garden filled with climbing plants and perennials – a hidden valley with something new to discover around every corner. Donations through the Scotland's Gardens Scheme will enable us to cultivate a more abundant and biodiverse space, benefitting both people and wildlife.
