Description: Visit some of the surprising horticultural delights behind the discrete terraces of Stockbridge/New Town and relax in a classic Georgian leisure garden. Bringing fresh air and wildlife into the heart of the city, the collection provides lots of creative solutions to urban gardening with year-round interest through a mix of seasonal planting and structural evergreens which the gardeners will be on hand to talk about.

Along the trail: 'Cactus House Edinburgh' by Pauline Farrar featured on Grayson Perry's Art Club; 'Behind the Green Door' by Pixie Campbell; 'Terraced Delight' by Claire Fletcher; 'Plants for All Seasons' by Julie Warren; 'A Man and His Patio' by David Scott; 'Sunken Garden' by Peter Wilson & neighbours; 'Pots of Pots' by Amanda Adams, a My Chelsea Garden winner.
Royal Circus North Gardens North - 'Georgian Leisure Garden' by the Garden Committee Tickets.
Tickets include a map and will also give FREE entry to Philip Berry's Cactus collection, many grown from seed and in flower, at Goldenacre.

Directions: Buses 23 and 27 to Dundas Street and Canonmills, 8 to Rodney Street and Canonmills, 36 to Hamilton Place and Broughton Road, 29 to Royal Circus. 23, 27 or 8 along Inverleith Row to Philip's Cactus collection.
