Canongate, St Andrews, Fife KY16 8RT
Scotlands Gardens Scheme
Current Openings:
Sunday 3 October, 10:30am - 2:30pm (2021)
Admission £3.00, children free.
Nominated charity: Friends Of St Andrews Botanic Garden 50%.
Description: Previously held at The Hill of Tarvit, this long established plant sale is a fantastic opportunity to purchase bare root and potted plants from an enormous selection on offer. We also welcome donations of plants on the Friday and the Saturday, from 11.00 am. We would prefer large quantities of donated plants to be taken to the back entrance of the Botanics. Directions for that are on SGS Fife Facebook, or from southfliskgarden@gmail.com. In addition to a huge selection of donated local plants for sale, guest stallholders will include Binny Plants, Fife Foliage, Celia the Jam Lady, Rumbling Bridge Nursery and Helensbank Charity Art Cards.
Champion Trees: A number of rare species.

Directions: St Andrews Botanic Garden is located on Canongate and is a 10/15 minute walk from the centre of St Andrews. Follow the signs from the town down Viaduct walk, which is a shared path for bikes and walkers. The 99C bus route goes past the garden and takes 5 minutes from the bus stop in St Andrews. The nearest train station is Leuchars on the 99 bus route. There is a free car park at the garden.
