Virtual Tour of a Garden near Cupar, Fife

This virtual garden tour is of a garden near Cupar, Fife with a partial walled garden. . If you would like to donate towards our fundraising this year, please use the button below.

A note from the garden curator: I was lucky enough to become curator (no one really owns a garden!) of this mature, partly walled garden some years ago. It was beautiful then, but we’ve added to it by building extra seating areas, expanding the vegetable plot, and adding a large pond, now full of wildlife (from newts and frogs to diving beetles and dragon fly larvae). The pond is also a great place to see local bird life. The garden is probably at its best in the middle of spring, with bluebells contrasting with Welsh poppies, and aquilegia just coming into flower. This garden curator follows Scotland’s Gardens on social media and has a regular blog: http://www.balmerino.info/geekygarden/
