If you are not wishing to attend openings just now, you can still visit many of our gardens through our Virtual Garden Visits.

Aultgowrie Mill

Aultgowrie Mill is an 18th century converted water mill set in gardens, river and woodlands of 13 acres. Features include a wooded island, a half-acre wildflower meadow and a wildlife pond, all with views of the surrounding hills. The maturing gardens have terraces, lawns, two mixed orchards and raised vegetable beds with glasshouse and a third-of-a-mile river walk. The Beechgrove Garden featured this garden in July 2014.

Directions: From the south, turn left at Muir of Ord Distillery, Aultgowrie Mill is then about three miles. From the north and west, after Marybank Primary School, Aultgowrie Mill is about one-and-a-half miles up the hill.
